ABOUT ME

Hi! Welcome to my world of health and wellness without restrictive diets, calory counting and denying yourself one of the most enjoyable things in this world - food. 

My name is Natalia. I am a Certified Health Coach from the renowned Dr. Sears Wellness Institute in the US, where I completed their Prime-Time Health programme. I am also a yoga teacher and a health and wellness enthusiast. 

Before becoming a Health Coach, I worked as a management consultant, helping businesses change themselves for the better: to serve their customers better, to operate more efficiently and to be a better place to work for their employees. I lived a very stressful and unhealthy life. Eventually, I got a wake-up call and decided to change my life. I got certified as a yoga teacher and a Health and Wellness Coach, and took control of my health. This helped me reduce stress, become fit, boost my energy and feel great. It also made me discover my true passion - helping other people live longer and happier through yoga, lifestyle and nutrition changes.  I believe this is one of the most powerful careers in the world – to be able to positively transform the lives of others and help them realise their health and life potential.
